General Course Description:
This course is delivered in a classroom setting with detailed and practical demonstrations. There will be a professional hair trainer present at all times during the course.
Course Aim and Objective:
This course covers hairstyling techniques for makeup artists. It will cover styles for bridal, fashion, editorial, vintage and more. Please note: it is not a hairdressing class, it is purely hairstyling! The course is approximately 95% practical. You will replicate all looks and techniques on real people and on your head mannequins. All content provided is highly relevant to the industry and keeps in line with current trends and popular requests from your clients. Please see our brochure for further details.
Entry level requirements:
Students must have completed year 10 or equivalent and must be proficient in written and spoken english. Students must also be either Cert II, Cert IV or Diploma in makeup trained with a hair element already completed in any of those courses.
